Mr Stewart has 30 years of experience in research, government, and NGO settings. He has worked extensively in the New South Wales Health Department in public health and mental health epidemiology, service planning, and monitoring. In 2000 and between 2008 and 2011 he developed and applied planning models for mental health and drug and alcohol services for New South Wales and nationally. Mr Stewart contributes expertise in service systems planning including the development of planning targets. His contribution will also help ensure that the models are developed so as to be maximally useful for government policy makers and service providers.
