Dr Chatterton is a Health Economics Research Fellow in the Population Health Strategic Research Centre, Deakin University. After completing her doctorate in Pharmacy she undertook a Pharmacoeconomic training fellowship leading to research assessing the economic and clinical outcomes of medications from clinical trials as well as modelled evaluations. As part of this work she evaluated medications used for the treatment of respiratory syncytial virus, HIV, migraine, acute bipolar depression and bipolar maintenance. Her current work concentrates on the economic evaluation of psychological interventions for anxiety and depression. Dr Chatterton will be working with Stream 1 to develop the evidence on the cost effectiveness of mental health interventions.
